【六福莊】酸菜封鴨

酸菜是客家菜的特色,本道菜採用梅子酸菜,另外熬煮入味,香醇爽口,易能開胃;而鴨腿採用北京烤鴨的櫻桃鴨,肉質軟嫩,多汁可口,與一般市售光鴨口感差異甚大,重量多出來的是肉,而不是骨頭。
